Emma Keizer received her Master’s Degree in International Relations in Historical Perspective in July of 2018. As a result of her internship at Bronbeek Museum, she published the book Oorlog in Indonesië. Dekolonisatie in gedenkboeken van Indië-veteranen (‘War in Indonesia: Decolonisation in memorial books’). She researched colonial history at the KITLV, NIMH and the NIOD and was secretary of the colonial collections advisory committee at the Dutch Council for Culture.
Currently, she is a policy officer at the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and a board member of Stichting Indisch Familie Archief.
